Phase 1 terminal has two berths for handling of crude oil on ships up to 20 000 DWT at rate of 10 mtpa. The wharf of caisson dolphin strucuter, in length of 278.5 m, is connected to shore by a trestle in length of 435.2 m. Phase 2 terminal has included the construction of one berth in length of 322.5m for ships up to 50 000 DWT, a breakwater in length of 1 074m, a tank farm of 50 000 m3 storage capacity.
