Yiyuan dock base of Dalian is composed of a dry dock, ship repair berths, an integrated workshop and other facilities. The dry dock may accommodate the ships up to 60,000 DWT, with a pneumatic flap steel gate, and a pre-fabricated caisson structure as the dock head dolphin. Among the five ship-repair berths, the east wall of the dry dock also serves as one berth in length of 300m, the south revetment serves as another berth for the ships up to 30,000 DWT, and the rest three berths accommodate the ships up to 60,000 DWT.
